上畠　尚子　（Naoko Uehata）

幼少よりクラシックピアノ・クラシックバレエを始め、高校よりボーカリストとして演奏活動を始める

17歳の時に都内バンドコンテストにてBest Vocal賞の受賞後、洗足学園音楽大学進学

在学中は声楽を柳沢涼子氏に師事

VocalをClyde・Williams氏に師事
Jazz Pianoを外谷東氏に師事

現在ジャンルを問わずに演奏活動を行う

演奏以外では、舞台やミュージカル出演のほか、企画・制作を担当
近年では音楽朗読劇の脚本を担当

2003年に講師活動を開始
2010年より杉並区で主宰の「Voice Space Suginami」をスタート
2015年からはボイストレーナー兼日本音楽療法学会認定の音楽療法士として、臨床現場でも活動している

その他阿佐ヶ谷ジャズストリート・阿佐ヶ谷アートストリート出演や、杉並区オフィシャルの中高生コーラス隊の指導、作曲家の谷川賢作氏のオリジナルアレンジにのせて歌うコーラス隊 DreamVoiceの指導など、地域に積極的に関わっている

After learning classical piano and ballet fromchildhood, I began performing as a vocalist in high school.

At 17, I received the Best Vocal Award at the Tokyo Band Contest, and went on to enroll in Senzoku Gakuen College of Music.

There, I studied classical singing under Professor Ryoko Yanagisawa, voice training underProfessor Clyde W. Williams, and jazz piano under Professor Tou Toya.

Nowadays, I perform all kinds of music across various genres.

Apart from regular musical performance, I do music for plays and musicals, as well as playwriting and production.
More recently, I have started writing scripts for musicalstage reading.

In 2003, I start working as an instructor.
In 2010, I launched “Voice Space Suginami” in Suginami ward, Tokyo.

Since 2015, I have been active as a voice trainer and a music therapist registered with the Japanese Music Therapy Association.

In addition, I am actively involved in projects in the community such as performing on Asagaya Jazz Street and Asagaya Art Street, instructingthe Suginami Ward Official Junior and Senior High School Chorus, as well as instructing the Dream Voice Chorus featured in original arrangements by Composer Kensaku Tanikawa.
